Leona Sublett

President/CEO

Leona Sublett brings unique professional blend of more than 32 years of non-profit, corporate private and public industry, entrepreneurial leadership and experience to The San Diego Parks Foundation.

As president and CEO, she leads the organization operations, strategic planning, fundraising and development, capacity building and expansion alongside the Board of Directors and Staff. Leona is a longtime San Diego resident with a passion and deep love and commitment for all things San Diego. A lifelong outdoors and nature enthusiast, she is also a former athlete who understands the importance of accessibility of parks, recreation and the outdoors to communities, their residents and urban living. She graduated from University of the Pacific with a degree in Communications.
