A Walk in the Park is an evening to celebrate the rich history and vibrant future of our local parks and recreation centers and to raise awareness and funds that will continue our mission of making parks safe and accessible for all San Diegans for generations to come.

Guests will take a “stroll” to explore and learn more about 8 of our local parks, each with deep historical and cultural significance, community impact, and their need for support that will help future generations create connections and cultivate memories. 

The experience includes park-themed food and cocktails and nostalgic themed giveways while being immersed in the stories of these cherished parks.
