Love Your Wetlands Day!

  • Kendall-Frost Marsh Reserve 2055 Pacific Beach Drive San Diego, CA, 92109 United States (map)

This year, Love Your Wetlands Day will double as a Community Climate Action Day as ReWild Mission Bay partners with California Climate Action Corps and the UC Natural Reserve System, featuring guided kayak clean-ups of the marsh, birding, presentations from local scientists, cultural activities with Indigenous leaders, fish seining, native seed planting, remarks from Mayor Todd Gloria and other elected officials and VIPs, and more.

The entrance to Kendall-Frost Marsh is located at 2055 Pacific Beach Drive, where it intersects with Crown Point Drive. Street parking is available nearby, or you can park 10 minutes away at Crown Point Park and walk to the marsh. A free pedicab will be available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Join us SaturdayFeb. 4th, for our fun, once-a-year Love Your Wetlands Day opportunity to explore the Kendall-Frost Marsh and experience one of our community's great conservation assets up close, or participate in hands-on activities to explore and restore Mission Bay's wetlands ahead of ongoing sea level rise.
